Our Story

Pure Skin and Aesthetics was founded by Dr. Jessica Halley and Shelby Devine, RN in April of 2022 and has been steadily growing ever since. They saw the need for a luxury medical spa in Stillwater and got to work turning their vision into a reality. After months of meetings, planning and renovations, they were finally able to open the doors to Pure Skin and Aesthetics. What sets Pure apart from other medical spas is the heart these two women have put behind it along with over a decade of combined experience in the aesthetic industry. They specialize in natural-looking enhancements and their goal is for their clients to love the skin they’re in. They are knowledgeable and down-to-earth in all their interactions and will go above and beyond to help you achieve your beauty goals without ever making you look overdone or “fake”. They are both Oklahoma locals who live and raise their families here in Payne county and make it a priority to give back to the community that has supported them. With over tens of thousands of dollars raised for local charities and community organizations, giving back is a cause close to their heart that they hope continues to grow right alongside with their business. I’m Shelby Devine, RN! I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Tanner and we have two sweet kids, Wylee Joy and Gus. There’s nothing better than being their momma!

I’ve been a nurse for 7 years. My nursing background is in Med Surg/ICU and Rehab. I became certified in neurotoxins and fillers in 2020 and have been injecting ever since! I’ve always been so passionate about helping others; my favorite thing about working as an aesthetic nurse is helping patients feel pretty- inside and out. Continuing education is important as an injector, and I love learning new techniques to keep my patients safe. Natural beauty with subtle enhancements is my goal when treating patients!

Shelby Devine

Jessica Halley

Dr Jessica Halley attended Oklahoma State University for her undergraduate work. She then went on to University of Missouri Kansas City to complete her doctorate in dental surgery. Dr Halley and her husband, who is also a dentist, have been practicing in Stillwater for 15 years and own their own practice. Dr Halley has a passion for helping patients with their oral-facial needs and it has naturally transitioned from not just oral care, but that of the entire facial region. She has been administering Botox for patients for over six years and is consistently continuing to update her training through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training. She is currently completing an extensive course in dermal fillers and looks forward to expanding her expertise by offering dermal fillers to patients.

In her free time, Dr. Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband Vince, reading, studying the Bible, meeting with friends, and chasing her four boys around.
